Common assisted reproductive technology method

It involves collecting eggs, fertilizing them in a laboratory, and transferring the resulting embryos into the uterus.

In Vitro Fertilization (IVF)

This method is similar to IVF, but the gametes are delivered directly into the fallopian tube by laparoscopic surgery.

Intrafallopian Transfer (IFT)

It involves recovering previously frozen IVF embryos and implanting them into a woman's uterus.

IFrozen embryo transfer (FET)

This is a method in which a single sperm is injected directly into the core of an egg using a small needle.

Intra Cytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI)

In this method, another person provides eggs, sperm, or embryos to an individual or couple.  It also includes surrogates and gestational carriers.
