Causes of Infertility in Men:

– Overheating the testicles. – Being overweight. – Using certain drugs.

Some methods can help infertile couples to have children.

Methods to help infertile couple to have children:

These include: – Intracytoplasmic sperm      injection (ICSI). – Artificial insemination – Gamete intrafallopian      transfer(GIFT).

Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injections:

It is a form of in vitro fertilisation. IVF is a process in which the egg is fertilised outside of the body and then introduced into the uterus of the female body.

– In this process, mature     egg cells are collected and     placed on special media     in the laboratory dish. – Within a few hours,     sperm is injected through     a fine needle into the     centre of an egg.

Sperms are directly inserted into a lady’s cervix, fallopian tube or uterus in this process.

Artificial Insemination:

The most common process is known as intrauterine insemination (IUI).

It is a three-stage process involving removing the eggs, combining them with sperm, and injecting them into the fallopian tubes after the fertilisation of the egg.

Gamete Intrafallopian Transfer:

The lady is given  follicle-stimulating hormone drugs to increase the chances of producing multiple eggs.
