Here are a few tips to deal with your stress and crack the NEET exam.

Do not schedule your revision at the last minute, you might miss some topics and this increases stress. It is always better to schedule revisions 2-3 months before the exam.

Comparing yourself with others might increase stress. So, concentrate on your study schedule and avoid discussing your progress with your friends.

Do not focus only on one subject, there are chances of missing out on other subjects. So, it is advisable to dedicate a few hours each day to each subject.

Social media addiction can cause stressful situations when you haven’t done enough preparations. Turn off your phone when you're studying and only use it during breaks.

Meditation helps you to channel your energy and clear your mind from exam stress and tension. Meditate for at least 20-30 minutes every day.

Remember that no one can achieve success overnight, no matter how much pressure and stress they put on themselves. Stay calm.
