10 Changes in Your Daily Routine to Help You Stay Positive During Exam

One should develop a plan before getting started with the preparation for exams.

“Early to bed and early to rise" is the perfect sleep routine to follow at least a week before an exam.

Getting 8 hours of sleep each day keeps us mentally focused and improves memory.

Never plan anything to study before 10 minutes of the exam, which develops stress and anxiety.

After each study session, spend some time relaxing. Be in a state of peace & confidence.

While relaxing, inhale a deep breath for 4 seconds, then exhale for 4 seconds. This increases brain capacity.

Make yourself familiar with the exam pattern, syllabus, weightage of each chapter, and type of questions.

Make sure you're aware of the time you need to spend on each question.

To create an exam-like environment, isolate in a room with no distractions & track the time while solving questions.

Take plenty of mock tests to get familiar with your weakness in any concept.
