    Cracking  JEE is the dream of many Students. It is one of the most complex and difficult competitive exams of the country. Students feel a lot of pressure as the date of the exam comes closer and one starts getting a lot of pressure from their families and friends. Thus, in order to boost their preparation one should participate in a lot of mock tests. Here are a few ways in which mock tests can help you improve your preparation.

    1. Analyze through mock tests

    An aspiring JEE student should practice plenty of mock tests and practice papers. It is helpful as it makes the student more confident and encourages them to focus better. Mock tests also help students to understand their strengths and weaknesses and prepare accordingly.

    2. Manage your time

    • Select a particular time for self-assessment. Ensure that you are as prepared on this date as you would be for the day of the exam. Make sure you have slept well and eaten properly before the exam.
    • Ensure that you are giving a new mock paper and attempt it as if you are appearing in the main question paper. Approach the paper according to your strategy for the D-Day.
    • Make sure there are no distractions surrounding you while you take the paper.
    • All these steps will help you to deal with stress, pressure, and anxiety which you might face on the day of the exam. By appearing in these exams, you will be feeling more confident and get a clear picture.

    3. Overcome Fear & Anxiety

    The pressure that is put on students for competitive exams like JEE ends up giving students a lot of anxiety. This fear and anxiety are quite natural. Solving mock tests on a regular basis not only makes you confident but also helps you to cope with the exam stress.

    5. Accuracy

    As you solve practice tests, you also tend to make fewer mistakes. If you have made a mistake, there is a chance that you will not make the same mistake in the main paper. You tend to become more accurate and confident as you solve mock tests.

    6. Revision strengthens learning

    As time passes, all the information that is stored in your brain tends to degrade if no effort is made. Mock tests are important as it will strengthen your memory and you will be able to retain all the information quickly. Different mock tests cover different parts of the topic which proves out to be helpful.
