GUJCET is a state level exam organized by the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB), Education Department, Government of Gujarat. GUJCET stands for Gujarat Common Entrance Test. Earlier, it was conducted for both medical as well as engineering entrance exams, but in 2017 it will be conducted for engineering entrance exam. GUJCET-2017 is going to be conducted on 11th May 2017.

Candidates willing for GUJCET Engineering Entrance Test need to appear for three papers of Physics-40, Chemistry-40 and Maths-40. Duration of test is 3 hrs. Admissions will be granted on the basis of the merit list composed of 60% weightage on marks obtained in 10+2 standard qualifying examinations and 40% weightage on marks obtained in GUJCET 2017.
